Thrilled to report The Shadow Patrol is a finalist for the Ian Fleming Steel Dagger Award from Britain’s Crime Writers Association!
Other finalists include The Fear Index by Robert Harris and A Foreign Country by Charles Cumming. The award represents “the best of contemporary thriller writing… in the vein of Ian Fleming.”
This award is comparable to the Mystery Writers of America Edgar Award in the US. I won the Edgar in 2007 for The Faithful Spy, pharm but I’ve never won a Dagger, so I’m very excited to have the chance!
